Our ambition is to provide world-class service and support for further development in areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing and other.

 

Sales Administration Department provides a range of services for our patients and business partners, including placing orders, sending product samples, and invoicing. Today, sales teams process over 80% of worldwide orders. Coloplast Business Center also provides full technical support of all Coloplast websites. The marketing team develops our network activity in web, social media, network marketing, and applications by supporting and coordinating activities for local offices.

Production Support at Coloplast Business Center is an important and dynamically developing part of our portfolio. Data quality teams are in constant contact with our production centers around the world to ensure that all necessary information is up-to-date. Our teams also make sure that medical documentation of our products is correct and all the patents are valid. Any production related processes, such as packaging design, labels, instructions for use or medical documentation for our products, are also supported by Coloplast Business Center.

The IT department at Coloplast Business Center is part of the global structure. We support the entire Coloplast organization every day, 24/7. The team located in our business center is the central point of contact for IT support for the whole company. In addition, CPBC is home to teams of telephony, network and application specialists. At CPBC, we are also launching a global perspective on human resources in our organization, by administrating of data in HR systems with the greatest attention to detail and accuracy. We also take care of the failure-free operation and development of software necessary for employees around the world.

The history of our center began with Finance Department in 2009. The first teams in the Coloplast Business Center started with the accounting support for our entities in Europe. Today, we handle over 92% of Coloplast revenue. The financial team consists of more than 130 specialists supporting the processes of liabilities, receivables, general ledger, financial and tax control and many other financial areas necessary for the proper functioning of the company. We build long-term, partner relationships through a professional approach to the tasks entrusted, and the broad knowledge of employees enables us to improve our processes to meet the expectations of our partners.
