Mission

‘Needs’ is the most important word in our mission statement. Responding to the needs of our customers is what drives Coloplast.

 

The end users of our products have medical conditions that are deeply private and personal, often associated with trauma and taboo. The more intimate the condition, the more important it is for us to understand our customers’ daily challenges, so we can develop solutions that meet their needs.

 

Our products and the way we do business make life easier for end users and the people who care for them. Making life easier is not only a clear benefit for customers. It’s also an honest, realistic and important goal for ourselves - a promise we know we can deliver.

Getting closer to our customers and understanding their needs is the guiding principle in everything we do. We all have a responsibility to listen and help respond to the needs of our customers.

But closeness also applies to our relationships with one another. We value open and honest dialogue so we can understand what motivates and drives us - both individually and as a company.
